Windshield Rubber

I am sending photos of the windshield rubber that I purchased from Classic Parts on the truck. My initial concern was that many people who had installed the windshield rubber ended up with the lower outside corner rubber pooched out (producing a gap). That did not happen to me. My problem is that the upper passenger side does not cover the curve and there is a space between the rubber and the cab corner. The holes in the center trim line up perfectly. Had I known this gap was going to be there I guess I could have stretched the rubber out in that corner as we were pulling the cord in that corner to install the windshield. Now I am at wits end trying to figure out how to make the rubber stretch to cover this gap. Someone told me that if I run a bead of diswashing liquid across the top from the center over around the corner and down the side under the rubber and put it out in the sun for a couple of hours so that the rubber is heated up that I may be able to pull (stretch) the rubber over and up to fill in this 1/8" gap. The other side covered well as you can see in the photos. Photo 1 is the lower corner that fits great. Photo 2 is the passenger upper corner that is the problem. Photo 3 is the driver side upper corner that fits great. Anyone have any suggestions other than taking it back out. At some point (in a few years) I am going to probably install a one piece windshield and one piece side windows, but that does not help me now. All suggestions are appreciated.
