How does it attach? I am in need of one but my current tailgate does not have one on it.
Is there brackets that fasten to the back side of the panel and then a bolt screws into bracket from the inside of tailgate? Thanks |

Not sure to be honest with you. It came with my blazer when I bought it. I'd have to do some research for you.
