I was a 63-72 guy but the parts got too expensive. With what you are selling, I wouldn't need to buy anything else to do the switch over?

The lower front valance is different on the 80..(some "DELUXE" package)...which I did not know this when I scrapped the lower valance!

I know the feeling. When i was into 63-72 really bad i was buying 73-87 trucks for their drivetrains to swap. I scrapped a whole bunch of good parts not knowing, especially interior stuff. I probably would have done better with the 73-86 at the time. Doing ok now but playing catch up
I am going to pass, I have enough parts trucks for these and to buy another for the valence, nope! That what happens when you have a trailer , you can buy a parts truck for one part, I know where there is a 80's but missing the parts you are selling but has the valence. I have to say this because it has been happening a lot to me lately. No I do not have any parts for sale at this time, please do not pm me asking if I have............... Thanks, Steve |

hey, can you look at the post 77-79 head light grille pieces parts, does that look like the right valance to go with your stuff?

Lower trim is right, but the valance is not. the marker lights are totally different.

Oh well. it was worth a shot, I kind of like the one year only look plus I have a set of HID's that would work with that.
It's a want not a need and would only put off me finishing my truck to get it right. Thanks for the time Steve |
