5.3 fuel lines

had a few questions for you ls guys... since my 2003 5.3 has a return line on the intake, I don't have to purchase a fuel pressure regulator correct? i havet found much information on the web.

what fittings did you guys use to convert? I found a few, but wanted to see some others. so far I have found these:

Re: 5.3 fuel lines

With that setup you do not need a regulator, just a inline filter. I used the Russell fittings for mine, only in black.

(X2) The regulator is built into the fuel rail on that style system. Those are the fuel fittings you need.

Check on the Russell 644123 and the 644113 (if you like black). They are much more secure than the plastic clip on the other style. Seen a few posts about them popping off.

+1

I boxed my frame rails and used a mustang II kit so I had nice flat frame rails to start with. I ordered these but they are still in the box because I haven't finished the suspension install yet.
