Factory Tach with Autometer 9117?
Has anyone used Autometer's tachometer adapter #9117 for the factory tach in a 67-72 when doing an LS swap? I could go the resistor/signal manipulation route, but I think the signal work would cost me more than the adapter. Just trying to confirm this will work, and I'm not sure how the factory tach "reads" RPM (all eight, once per revolution, etc). Thanks!
