Wrecked my baby!!
73 c20 Cheyenne super camper special 350 350
I rear ended someone and caused moderate damage to the body of my truck. I doesn't look that severe but I was devastated at first (happened 4 months ago). Will most likely replace fender, hood. Definitely replacing grill. Front clip has a decent dent centered from left to right and just under the hood. There is also a pretty good crease, or bend below the grill area. Will this have to be replaced or can it be repaired either by myself or a competent body shop? Thanks for any relevant input. I am inexperienced with body work. My poor baby... |

Re: Wrecked my baby!!
Don't get to upset. It can be fixed. My grandfather wrecked my slick 78' C10 years ago. It was a bad hit. He actually blacked out and punched the gas and hit a hit a house at full throttle. He hit the corner of the house dead center in the trucks grill. Lets just say it had a very big crease in the center, lol. I can laugh now but was sick at the time. We just replaced the front clip and hood and repainted the entire truck and it looked new again.
