Back when I did this, the light pockets we all screwed up but it was the only Short Fleet bed I could find. The lights were about 100 each so I chose to use the 39 F tail lights.

A while back there was a post about those diamond plate bumpers and I found one that will fit just like a roll pan does. So I plan to install it and if it fills in properly I will paint it. If it doesn't I will modify it to work. I will post a picture tomorrow of it raw.
