'72 Blazer fresh from the paint booth
Howdy, folks. It's been a while since I've posted anything. Thought you might get a kick out of viewing some pix of my '72 K5, which came out of the paint booth about a month ago.
The paint is Chevy's factory ochre, which was the truck's original color. It was painted by a professional in the Atlanta area, but working on the side, in his garage. I think he did an outstanding job. Hope you enjoy.

Re: '72 Blazer fresh from the paint booth
Since you asked...
Still a few more things on the to-do list. Re-upholstering the front seats. Fashioning a strip to protect the top of the notch between the front and rear floor. Bolting in a locking "trunk" (toolbox). Other odds and ends. The biggest "last thing" is removing the 2.5-inch lift and installing a repop original steering box. The parts are here. Soon as I get enough time to let my mechanic have the truck for a couple of days, it'll be done.

Awesome. The lift looks good. I'd
Leave it and run some 33s
