Custom Full Roll Cage

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone built their roll cage running the A-Pillar bars through the top of the dash? Something like this would be more integrated into the body of the Truck...I am thinking about adding a full cage to my truck but havnt found anyone that has done this....? Thanks for your thoughts and pictures!!!

You might check over on CK5.com. There are more trucks built for off-road with full cages. I think I recall someone notching the dash for the cage, but I don't know about through the top of the dash.

Re: Custom Full Roll Cage

We did that when we built our '85. A pillar bars went down through the speaker holes (in the corners of the dash).

Sorry - no pictures.

I've seen one done on YouTube, don't remember the title though. It was a killer cage, I'd like to see yours when it's done.
