Armrest question
I am looking at armrests and see there are two different styles listed for a 1964 C10. Which style am I supposed to use? I like the one in the first pic? When did they use the second one? Was it on custom models? BBW cabs?

Re: Armrest question
Im not positive on the answer... but I'd guess that the ones on the right are RePro and the ones on the left were never stock. I agree, the ones on the left look much better.

Re: Armrest question
all of the ones at the top are repops, the originals are 3 pieces that can be rebuild with material 63 style. the one at the bottom is 64-66 style plastic covered foam. it got the top style for my 65 cuz i too like it better. i also picked up som originals on a pick. just gotta recover them...

Re: Armrest question
The ones on the left are 60-63 version and will fit either model. The one on the right was 64-66 and will fit either model. I have seen both in either year. Here is a nice NOS armrest for the 64-66 with the correct template.
I do not know if the earlier trucks 60-63 that I've seen with the later style or the 64-66 trucks with earlier style were dealer, factory or owner installed. Just always seen the 60-63 models as round and the 64-66 were the squarish foam.

Re: Armrest question
My experience is that the 60-65 used the top style
66-67 used the bottom style My 65 has the top style, I guess if they were put on at the dealer they could have used what ever they had in stock and be considered "original"
