PlastiDip

Bought this 87 GMC about a month ago. Put a McGaughy's 4/6 drop with no C-notch, new shocks on the front and rear, new upper/lower ball joints, and a matte black PlastiDip paint job.

Re: PlastiDip

How much of the PlastiDip did it take to cover your truck? Did you spray the inside of the bed and the color jams?

I was thinking of doing the same thing in order to get my truck all one color until I can afford a proper paint job. How was the process? Anything you would do different?

BTW...it looks good!

Re: PlastiDip

I went to dipyourcar.com and bought there large car kit which is 4 gal of dip and their sprayer. A little masking and a few hours and I was done. I am happy with the results. It was a lot of fun and would definitely do it again and probably will when I get tired of this color. LOL
