Porterbuilt lower arms

I put some 15 inch rallies on yesterday to check the frame with some weight on it and the PB 1 inch forward arms (lower) are rubbing the wheels IT was my understanding that these would clear these rims unlike factory a arms without some mods being done. I have the classic modular 2 inch drop spindals 2 1/2 inch drop spring

I think your CPP Modular spindle is the issue.
It narrows the track width compared to a standard drop spindle.
(still don't know how much,... but that's another story)

Between this and my tie rod issues these spindals mAy get the damn boot about to pull my hair out

Sounds like I have almost the same setup. PB 1" fwd control arms and CPP modular spindals with 2" dropped springs. But I am running 15" x 6" steel wheels with roughly 3.5" back space and they clear with about 1/2" of clearance.

You will be fine once you get a larger diameter wheel.
Try to find a set of stock steel wheels for rollers.
(or mount them backwards if you just want wheels on it).

Have you talked to Nate.
I'm wondering if you got narrowed and forward a-arms by mistake.

All the Dropmember guys have to trim the length of the steering rack threads for the Dropmember's narrower track width.
Cutting the tie rod end would be easier for your situation.
I would talk to Nate first.

I went ahead and cut the tie rods the max that they can be cut the wheels are now square but there are no more threads to move inward.

I've emailed PB and left a voice mail just waiting on a return.

But I see regular spindals in my further I have a set of 20's but want to be able to put some 15's on in case I need to get it home. But will wait to confirm a arms with Nate.

I'll get the new spindals then my tie rods will be to short haha my luck.
