My new to me apache I've been posting about.
just picked this up.
1958 Chevy apache. frame off restored in 1996 as a father son project. Son never did his part of the deal, messed up with School didn't graduate and the truck which was supposed to be his grad present, never came to be due to that. The man drove truck for a living and never drove it, only 13k miles since restoration and some slight deterioration over the years. like chips in the paint, and some other small stuff. underneath is spotless, floors were brand new, door skins were new, oak wood bed still looks new. All i plan to do with it, is make the blower motor work, a new radio that works, and add chrome to the front end. and a shot of the 1959 I shouldn't have traded off, that made me want another one badly. |
