my new old Blazer

just acquired this Blazer... 72 CST with '87 running gears, brakes, steering,ac,etc. New FI Crate 350... Arizona rig with almost zero rust..

just wanted to introduce the ol' girl to some fellow Blazer admirers

i'll try to take some tomorrow...raining here today. The interior needs some work and eventually a little bodywork, but alot of upgrades have already been done. It was my son's who is getting ready to buy a new house and had to part with it.. so we're at least keeping it "in the family"

Finally life has slowed a little and my son and I started work on her... He's the real body guy...I just play one on weekends. Rocker panels and driver lower quarter was all the rust repair needed... Stripping it down to bare metal. Hopefully will have in primer by this weekend

Great work. I try and get my kids involved as much as possible. It does keep ya off the streets. Lol. At least until it's done so you can enjoy the cruise.

Thanks. It is getting exciting now.

Scored a couple burb seats. Going to use one of them. Amazing perfect condition. No tears ..vinyl is still soft now if I can find some sport buckets
