Good bye to Ol Gordon
Well my old 66 gmc is going away. We've had a good run, but it's going to a good cause. The original owner's grandson tracked me down and they want her back.

Well, it is neat it's going to the grandson of the original owner. Tell them about this forum. Perhaps they'll join.

Legacy truck!
Congrats to the grandson, and to you for giving her up. It can be tough to do that.

Yeah, he's pretty excited about it. He was telling me about riding with his paw paw to the cotton mill when he was a boy.

Re: Good bye to Ol Gordon
I commend you for giving up your truck! My buddy had a 61 sb step side and after 7 years, the son of the dude he bought it off of wanted to buy it back to keep it in the family. My buddy caved in and sold it to him. At least he made a little $ for it.
