unicorn hunt
Searching for a source for the dress cap or cover for a 90/91 fender mounted antenna. The cover that goes over the metal mounting base that the actual antenna mast screws onto in order to cover the screws and metal base. Or the 1 part LMC doesn't offer in the assembly. Please help, I'm sick of no radio.

Re: unicorn hunt
Hunt is over, unicorn down.... I hope. Ordered one today from a place in NY. 25 bucks to GA but it was the only one to be found. If it actually shows up I am taking it to a machine shop and see if they can reproduce them. Now, to get my leprechaun food plots planted.

Re: unicorn hunt
Well I guess I have a herd of unicorns!
Seriously, they aren't hard to find. Run from '88-'91 on R/V trucks and 84-91 front wheel drive Olds with fixed antenna. Part # 10045893. On ebay every other week. One on there right now for $14 with free shipping. |

Re: unicorn hunt
You are apparently a better source of knowledge than the 3 stooges at the GM parts counter I went to. As well as the 3 auto parts stores in town. If you were close I would buy you a beer, thanks to you I have 2 unicorns in route.
