Re: Preditor carburator
They're pretty useless in street applications. They do have one with an idle circuit now, but I've never heard of anyone using it. I don't know anyone using a predator on the street, but you do see them on the strip often. That's what they're for really, WOT.

Re: Preditor carburator
I have a brand new one with the street idle circuit up for sale in the 67-72 parts board.

Re: Preditor carburator
Did you run it at all on the street? I'm very curious to how it behaved. I know its variable venturi design makes it super consistent in racing, no tuning or rejetting for different air conditions. Did it have nice manners on the street? Is there a choke on it?

Re: Preditor carburator
It was purchased new from a speed shop and sent directly to Preditor to be set up for a built 350. They set it up on a flow bench. I crashed the truck before it had been sent back to me. So no it has not been run and is brand new. Thanks
