Rust inside the window channel
I have a nearly rust free blazer that has some starting to form inside the window channel. How have others addressed the issue of stopping this rust? I thought about trying to sandblast down into the window post, but not sure how effective that would be.
Ideas? Anyone tried these products from Eastwood? http://www.eastwood.com/internal-fra...lack-14oz.html http://www.eastwood.com/ew-rust-enca...zle-black.html Thanks in advance, Keith |

Re: Rust inside the window channel
No one here have any experience with saving a good windshield post?
Lots of talk about replacing, but this one is still good and want to keep it that way. I have a can of the eastwood frame coating coming, so probably going to try it. Any possible issues with moisture draining after I do it? How big is the passage out the bottom, or is there one? thanks, Keith |

Re: Rust inside the window channel
Haven't done mine yet, but that's exactly the stuff I was going to use myself.
I can't see any downsides to it. |
