Looking for door hinges are cab mount shackles

Anyone know where I can find reasonably priced door hinges (upper and lower for both sides) and rear cab shackles.

any advise would be recommended, or if you have some laying around I will gladly pay you to ship them my way!

ebay usually has used cab shackles, I'd would try to fix the door hinges if at all possible before getting new. The new ones almost always need to be bent to fit and its a pia to do

unfortunately, the truck I got (in pieces) they are no where to be found.
