Eaton H052 Alternatives
Hi Folks,
I have a 71 C20 2wd Suburban. I am looking to find an alternative for my increasingly loud Eaton H052. I have found some resources on this forum. It appears I need to look for a Corporate 14 bolt or Dana 60 to have minor fabrications done to fit properly. Any input and resources are much appreciated. |

Re: Eaton H052 Alternatives
The Dana 60 was a factory option for some trucks there out there and if you can find one from a 67 72 it will bolt in

Re: Eaton H052 Alternatives
Thanks 72 Mario. Any idea what would need to be altered from a GM 73-85 Corporate 14 bolt?

Re: Eaton H052 Alternatives
My truck has a '75 model 14 bolt. I found it necessary to reposition the shock and spring mounts (leaf)
