Truck Paint Color
I'm trying to find out what color this is or the color code for this specific paint. Uploaded picture. Thanks

Welcome Everitt. If it's original, I'm guessing Light Blue Poly. I think there were two shades named that in the 80's, but it might be a place to start if you ask your painter for a sample. if it's not original, then we can only guess. Nice color.

Looks like the color my 85 started out as before it all fell off!
Very close to medium blue of the 71-72s |

Some paint stores has a machine that reads the paint that tells them the mixing ratios

Opening the photo into Photoshop and taking a sample from the upper part of the bed, where reflections are the least, the RGB color code value comes out to:
R: 77 G: 131 B: 191 Knowing the red/green/blue values listed above, there is an RGB color to paint code match calculator here: http://www.easyrgb.com/index.php?X=SEEK Enter in the RGB values from above, then select the desired manufacturer. I set it for PPG and there were several paint code numbers that come up for a match.
