Yes and according to another board they are priced 3x gold. Fully restored prices for projects....maybe time will give the guy a reality check. GMC without bed 7500, Cameo projects 18/25/35K, 500 doors, etc.

aka barrett jackson syndrome

owner probably says he'd rather crush it all, rather than sell for less

Probably how he end up with a huge collection. Hoarder syndrome? Noticed the CL ad has been pulled.
Probably swamped with calls.

With prices like that, I hope they pulled the ad because people were calling and laughing.

No idea except that his prices were said to be about triple what they should have been. I think a couple of the guys may have actually been there though

Re: Old time salv yard in CO closing

A little off topic but last night I watched a show called "Strange Inheritance" on Fox Business channel that featured a horders prewar car collection and how the family disposed of it. 200+ cars plus a lot of parts and in the end they had a one day auction and made $550K. It is episode 10 "Junk yard cars". Can't believe the CO guy would crush and walk away from they kind of money. At an average price of $2500- 3000 it beats crush value.
