Farmin' Squares...let's see them!
I wanna see y'all's farm trucks! There's gotta be some out there. here are a couple of mine over the years. Old Blue was my dads '86 K10 that we sold in 2013. When I find them, I think I also have pics of my M1008 and '87 Gmc 1500 that were sold in 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Where my friend works at there is this sweet 85 k30 silverado package, they told me bring 2000 and its yours. I was just about to leave to go get it, and my buddy text me and said they are going to put a flatbed on it...
Heres a picture:

Nice ones so far! Finally found teh pic of my old CUCV. Wasn't a quiet or comfortable truck, but very capable. Kinda miss it, but oh well.

Re: Farmin' Squares...let's see them!
No pic, but my old 73 C20 was originally purchased by a Michigan farmer as a farm truck and never went on the road until just before I bought it in 1981, so it never had license plates for all that time. It was quite a hauler - 454/TH400/4:10 rear, but only 2WD.

Re: Farmin' Squares...let's see them!
1987 k20 Purchased in 2013 to replace a 1981 ford that had breathed it's last. Spent 850 up front, and the next 2000 or so in payments to the local parts store, tire center, and repair shop. I have no plans to restore, mod, soup up, paint, or otherwise destroy this perfect redneck farm truck. The only objective is to make repairs as needed so that hopefully the truck will be more dependable in the future, not less.
edit to add: it's technically not a k20, but I think everyone(including me) is more familiar with the C/K designation, I used that. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a...1&d=1430442023 |
