New Motor, A/C comp. don't fit
My new motors valve covers won't let my A/C compressor fit back on the drivers side mount. The old covers won't fit back on with the oversize rockers.
Does anyone know which March serpentine setup will fit the 85 Silverado small block with the long water pump? I want the whole set-up with Chrome A/C unit, Power Steering Pump, Alternator, and the Fan Blades will still fit.? I know it's over 2 grand but I'm tired of getting screwed around by everyone that works on my Truck. Or some bracket that will allow me to hook up the old A/C unit to a different spot? Thanks Guys Jack Yes I'm still working on the engine..... |

Re: New Motor, A/C comp. don't fit
I have the Caps for both covers just haven't drilled the holes for them till I have everything fitted to the engine. Thanks for the Link, but I want the whole March serpentine system. I was just wondering If I have to switch the engine to a short water pump now. March is limited on Long water pump systems. And I think they turn the pump backwards from my engine. I just have to call them tomorrow I guess.
