427 tall deck motor 1972
Help ... does any body know what are correct spark plugs to use in 427 tall deck with original heads - the plug bore makes it tuff to use none tall deck plugs ---is there a special one ?? Thanks

I found out that AC # CR 42 N is correct plug they have been discontinued so must find em NOS . Regards , Jeff

You have a 1972 tall deck 427? The tall deck 427 was used at least into the '90s in school buses and similar trucks. I can't believe that the only available plugs are disco'd?
NAPA online says a '72 B50 School Bus with 427 uses an Autolite ASP144 plug. A cross reference says it fits '71-91.
