Was the modified bump stop provided or did you fab that? Details?

Nice! Where do you have your airline coming out from? Did you have to drill a hole to have it come out?

Was the modified bump stop provided or did you fab that? Details?

It was included. You have to remove the factory bump-stop/steering stop to make room for the bags. they include the new bump stop and the steering stops. The steering stops require drilling 2 3/8 holes for mounting. The instructions that come with the kit are very vague,, I had to call them to find out which position to mount the top of the bags in as there are 2 positions and it was not mentioned in the instructions.

It does. I removed my bumpstop and I would like to do something similar. I looked on their site and couldn't find that part separately. I may have to come up with something on my own. Maybe a piece of solid stock with holes drilled and tapped into either end.

I ran the line from the right side bag through the cross member, tee'd it to the left bag and then drilled a hole on the back side of the crossmember under the frame rail on the drivers side to keep the air line away from the exhaust and hopefully anything else that would mess it up. From there I can run back to the firewall and then into the cab to the control switches. The rear air line is routed along with the tail light wiring in the left frame rail. I'll try to get a picture of the front and rear routing in the next couple of days.

That would absolutely work !! That's all these are,, they are aluminum if that matters.

As far as the bump stop is concerned you could use one of the 3/8 connector nuts for all thread and run a bolt in the bottom. These "spacers " the shiny parts are just aluminum bar stock threaded through. These bumpers that they supply are not rubber,,, they are hard nylon or plastic,,,, they remind me of a knob of some sort.

I don't plan on bottoming out,,, I have yet to bottom out any of my other trucks in the last 40 years. If the bump stops had not been supplied I probably wouldn't have worried about them .
