C4 cleaning
What's everyone using to clean and shine up the aluminum C4 parts and has anyone completely broken down the parts behind the disc? Seems to need a special bit to separate.

Ricott thanks for the reply. Yes I see you used some type of "star" socket to fit those 4 bolts holding everything together. Where did you find that socket?Love your son's 66 as I had a 67 400 with factory air,Hurst dual gate, black vinyl top with silver paint.Sold it after the big D and included two 3 duce manifolds with carbs( pre 67) all for 1600. Haven't seen it since! Would love to have it back.

Just a note about the torx bolts on the early vette suspension, they are t55 torx and not hex.

this is approximately the same stuff, available at Home Depot for around $20/gal. I but a few of the big hand pump spray bottles at the same time. The chemical will eventually kill the orings in the sprayer pump, but it takes awhile.
