blower polishing pics

apparantly i got too much time on my hands so i thought i would polish my blower. never done this before and let me tell ya it's time consuming an tedious. i bought the intake polishing kit from eastwood and it comes with enough stuff to do an intake but i ordered some more abravise tapers too make sure i had enough for the blower. the kit also comes with a can of diamond clear clearcoat. you can see the back plate is what it started out as then the case is after the first round with the 80 grit tapers and the other piece is polished up real shiny now. but i think all the lonely hours out in the garage at night with the air die grinder will be worth it when i get thru.

and you can see here i was doing a little practicing on the manifold

144 supercharger, with the pully i got it'll theoretically pump out ~4.5 lbs of boost.
8.5:1 compression, theoretical 10.8:1 effective comp ratio.
441 heads, three angle valve job, ported & polished intake and exhaust.
summit 1103 cam.
I'm also gonna polish the inside of the blower manifold.
holley 750 carb
i figure it should be good for at least 400 horses.
oh and i should have it in in a couple of weeks.
