any ideas to fill in the outer wheel well after I've raised the bed 2". This piece was swiss cheese so new ones have to be made.

Don't understand the question. Raise the bed 2"??? Why??? Fill the wheel openings on the bed sides???

It looks like an excellent repair on the outer fender.
What is your next challenge?

I raised all the bolt holes and cut out the lower inner well. My question is any ideas on filling in this area for more tire clearance

almost the same, nice work. I also raised the bed two inches and widened the inner fender two inches
