Wheel shopping dilemma

Sooooo I just sold the Vintec soft lips off of my stepside and it is on jackstands until I find something new and exciting. Budget is $4k or under. I just have a large dilemma of I don't know what I want now.

I was looking at the new AR Billet line, always liked the Twisted Torque Thrusts. Also like their VN327 wheels.

Other options are Raceline Contenders with the powder coating and maybe the Challenger. I'm still open though, tired of the retro slotted mag look I had with the Vintecs. Looking more for a pro touring look now.

What does everyone think? (For those who don't know my truck, I attached a pic with the Vintecs). Thanks!

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma

If I could afford them I would like to get artillery wheels...but I guess that is not a pro tour look.

I'm running the Jeep SRT8 wheels. 20x10 with 305/30-20 on all 4 corners. definitely Pro touring style.

I agree these are good looking!!!

But they are proud of them for sure... it looks like they run about $1400-1500 per wheel in 20" diameters.

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma

I'd get a set of these to roll around on and take your time deciding. I vote for something more serious race looking than stylish. If you go to stylish we'll all be doing this again in five years

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma

Bolt on, but with spacers. They are 20x10 with +50mm offset. And our spindle sticks out to far for the wheel. 1" is good firbthe front, and about 1.25" for the rear.

Check out the Budnik Kinfe. Still have the traditional billet look but with a pro-touring look as well. Very sexy wheel!

Love your truck, btw!

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma

I take back my choice from earlier, I was looking through the vendor section and saw one of the site vendors advertising Billet Specialties new line of concave wheels.

The advertised price is over your budget but maybe you can catch a deal through a vendor.

http://www.billetspecialties.com/whe...o-touring/gtr/

My new vote is for the Billet specialties GTR:

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma

Will the 20x12s fit and tuck on a c10 without modifications?
