Problem with 2015 mylink 3 days after purchase

Has anyone had audio is with radio,bluetooth, and onstar. No sound. But everything seems to be. Working on screen. A got out and walk in to dealership and it started working again. The very next Friday I had a problem unable to hear incoming calls I could answer the phone and I could here anything. Has anyone had this problem.

No not yet, I tried setting an appointment with the Chevrolet app. I got an email back saying someone would call me to set an appointment but my appoint ment tI'm I Set was on Monday. And I have yet to get a call from the dealership. I did get a call on Thursday from the dealership I purchase my truck from,but they told me they would call me back because I need a loaner vehicle and I need to take it in on Sunday which is when they are opened and they said and they have yet to call me back. I can't believe chevrolet has gotten this bad at customer service.

have you checked to see if the volume on your phone was turned up my boss had the same issue in his lexus no sound his volume was turned down on his phone
