Rear Lowering Leaf Springs
Has anyone ran the lowering leaf springs in the back? Says they lower the truck about 4" in the rear.

Re: Rear Lowering Leaf Springs
I will be installing the tci kit next week with 2 inch lowering blocks. 4 in drop springs usually have the top spring eyes reversed so the spring leaf comes off the top opposed to the bottom and slightly de-arch the leaf to make it lowered. Anyone have pics of ride height with either setup?

Re: Rear Lowering Leaf Springs
I used the TCI kit and it was quite easy, very happy with the result. I also used 2" lowering blocks and I bought a c notch kit, it rides so well and hasn't bottomed out yet so I haven't had to install the notch kit. CCP has a DIY in their Tect section so you can see the basics on how to do it. It is pretty much a bolt on except where you need to weld the saddles onto the rear axle.
