floor shifters
what are you guys using for floor shifters on these 4l60 trannys? i have a sport shifter b&m that can be used on a 700r but i dont know if i can use it on a 4l60.
i like the lokars 36" but they are pricey

I used a S 10 floor shifter with a aftermarket cable. It lights up at night also and works the backup lights as well. It even has a safety solenoid built in when there is no power the transmission want shift out of park.

I used a Lokar 23" black Nostalgia shifter. Even used the original shifter hole and boot

700r4 shifters will work on 4l60es. 4l60e shifters MOSTLY work on 4l80es but you may need to juuust slightly adjust the cable/mechanism to have it reach down into 1st. Depending on the brand, some don't fit the detent position for 1.
FWIW I use a Kilduff on my 4l80e.
