67 gmc 4x4
This has probably been talked about before. But I was wondering if this full time hub could be changed over to a manual lock/unlock hub. Pretty sure it's a dana 44 closed knuckle. If so, what would I need. And where would I go to get the parts.
Thanks Mike |

Yes, I had a 69 GMC K2500 with a closed knuckle, and it had Warn hubs. Can't help you with part numbers.
Should be a simple swap I would think? |

Mile marker 423 hubs are what I used. I had them on my closed knuckle and the moved them over to my open knuckle axle.

Re: 67 gmc 4x4
It was the 423 MM hubs, but the external ones. Thanks again for your help.

Re: 67 gmc 4x4
These were $116 and shipping came to $130'ish.
The regular 423's were about $100 |
