Shock blowout, literally
My brother called and was getting ready to mount new rear shocks on his '63 ragtop T-Bird. He ordered and picked a new set from Advance Auto and while taking one out the box it blew our. Anyone ever seen this before?

Looks like that piston rod wasn't properly set to the piston.
