We did all of the work ourselves so we could build it using the money from the sale of our previous home and not have to borrow any. There was no concrete used in the construction of our house, everything is wood including the garage floor. Ill play. 3 car garage upstairs and a 5 car garage in the basement. We installed all of the tile, trim, built the fireplace and stone patio.
