Here is one with part of the house... And one of the house by itself. The wife and I built this house with our own 4 hands.

Beautiful home you have there. My wife and I wanted to build one very similar with the big wrap around porch like yours, but we could never save the money for land when we lived back in MD. No chance for that dream here in San Diego due to costs, but hopefully someday...

Thanks Al! We drew the plans out on a piece of brown wrapping paper to build from. We did all of the work ourselves so we could build it using the money from the sale of our previous home and not have to borrow any. There was no concrete used in the construction of our house, everything is wood including the garage floor. The construction is interesting if you have time to look at the photos on my web page.

No house yet. I bought 10 acres outside of Edmonton AB and my son-in-law and I are going to start the build this spring.

Nothing to do with your house, but, years ago there was super nice 67 that color, less the cab lights, here in town. A guy bought for his 16 year old kid. They had the one of the best painters in town paint it, but they painted it black. It was sad day for me.

It was beautiful but I couldn't figure the change in color.

That truck was born in Oshawa Ontario. Adopted to a farm in Edmonton. Spent it's whole life as a farm truck. I purchased it last year off the granddaughter. It will retire like me to a country estate. My cousin bought a new Marlboro Maroon corvette in 67. I always loved that color. I believe the Vermillion color on the trucks was the same paint code.

Ok, I confess. I pulled a Pinocchio. Truth is the house fell in and I live in the truck now. I've been eyeing up another house tho up at the Lowe's parking lot.

On a side note, 72cool, I am so glad I don't live where you do. Davischevy lit a fire after seeing that pic. I had to turn on the heater in the truck when I saw it. And my dang windows don't roll up.
