The Disco Chicken
Just wanted to introduce myself to the 73-91 section I've been on the 47-54 section of the forums until today, today I sold my 55 1st series and bought this 75 Chevy I do have a few plans for it next weekend I taking it to LST in Conroe if the transmission holds out then it's going straight into the shop for a 5.9 Cummings swap and then probably freshin up the interior with new carpet and dash pad and stereo upgrade

Had the transmisson serviced and added some transX the reverse is a little better so Saturday at 7:00 am I'm headed to LST on a wing and a prayer, I did take my nephew to school in Monday he was just disapointed it was raining and no one was standing outside to see him get out

Re: The Disco Chicken
Well the Disco Chicken didn't make it to LST, but I made it, the transmission took a dump about 45 minutes after I left the house, had a great time talked to a few members from the forum, and a big thanks to Karl aka aggie91 for the tilt colum thanks again, and I hope to have a few pictures when the engine swap begins

Re: The Disco Chicken
Nice truck!
FWIW, I can only post one pic per thread too, and some come out sideways also. Figured it was because I'm using my iPad. Want to see more of the truck, especially once you start the motor swap.

Re: The Disco Chicken
Looking forward to you documenting the cummins swap. Seems most of the swaps on here are in 4wd trucks. Very little in the 2wd world on this forum...

Re: The Disco Chicken
Sorry to hear about the setback. I've seen the swap on 4x4's and stock height trucks, but never on a lowered one. This should be very interesting.
