Last pigtail under dash....need to know where it goes

I have found where my other plugs go but this one I can't seem to find. I had to remove it when I pulled the pedal assembly out. It was run in between the column tube and pedal assembly bracket. I cannot seem to find where it was plugged in at! It's driving me nuts. The wires are pink & purple. I have looked through wiring diagrams but can't seem the find this animal.

Anyone have an idea?

Neutral safety switch for a manual? I think my 78 was those 2 colors...

It's funny you mention that because someone told me (can't remember who) that some of the trucks came prewired for a neutral safety switch h for a manual transmission truck even if it was a factory automatic. I'm starting to question whether the plug was actually plugged into anything at all. Maybe I just thought it was since it was attached to my factory pedal assembly.

There's no way it could be this simple, right? Kinda looks like it would fit ha ha.

Lol! I know what you see because I see it also but the plug that goes to the switch there is a black plug with a orange & white wire.

yeah I just had to be that guy, lol. If you don't have an answer by tomorrow I will likely. I have my 83 K3500 and a 90 R3500 parts truck at my shop. I will check on both of those and see if I can find this pigtail plugged in somewhere.
