69 gas tank no drain?
Just noticed posted in the blazer forum, sorry for the confusion. I am getting ready to go to retreive my 69 C30. had it running a few years ago, but want to R&R the gas. Looking online and searching here it looks like the tank is behind the seat and does not have a drain, correct? Plan on draining, adding a little back, drain again then install a filter between tank and fuel pump. We we started it before did not drain, just added to what was there, flushed the line to make sure it flowed and the truck started right up afte sitting for 10 years. Would not idle, so will replace the carb with a good one.
Thanks in advance.

Re: 69 gas tank no drain?
correct - no drain on the in cab fuel tank. You will need to siphon out what you need to remove.

Re: 69 gas tank no drain?
Thanks, that is what I thought, just wanted to make sure I tossed the right tools in the box.
