In the middle of my hydroboost swap, how do you get the brake predal bracket out?

Self explanatory lol. 1987 V20, bracket doesn't have the hydroboost pedal provisions, have pedal and bracket off an 88 v30 dually, brake pedal is out, vacuum booster is out, but the brake pedal bracket won't budge! Tried pry bar, started bending the dash support so I stopped, tried beating bracket down in the cab and beating the studs back into the cab from engine compartment, no dice. What else is needed to get some movement? The dually I pulled the stuff out of was easy with the pry bar. Anyone with any advice? It would be greatly appreciated!

Update: Previous owner had a bolt going from the cage to the bracket for some stupid reason. Was hidden behind one of the modules under the dash, got it freed up!
