Will this fit on my 1970 chevy c10 1 barrel carb. IL 6 Cylinder 250? I have a hose that comes from the valve cover it looks to be 3/4" hose. I put a new carb. on it.

Yes this will fit your engine. The hose from the valve cover goes to a port/fitting on the intake manifold on the runner between the carb and head.
