Parts source (catalog?)
I posted this in the Blazer section also but thought I may have better luck here.
I'm doing a body-on resto of my 74 K5 Blazer and need a parts source-especially good rubber parts. Right now I'm having trouble finding the fender to cowl seal but I'll eventually need all the rubbers plus a lot more. Who do you guys use? Thanks in advance

Re: Parts source (catalog?)
I'm looking to replace some weatherstripping as well, so I checked out the Precision Replacement Parts web page at prp.com. Unfortunately, they don't allow browsing their site without creating a user account that requires what I believe to be an unreasonable amount of info.
My question: is what they sell really worth the hassle and intrusion? Can their products be shopped and purchased elsewhere? They demand a level of detail just to browse that compares with completing a purchase. No thanks.

Re: Parts source (catalog?)
I checked out their site and it looks like they only have windshield rubber and some side window rubber. I've used their windshield rubber in the past for a '71 and I agree-it's the best. But I need ALL the rubber parts for my Blazer. Still looking-Thanks

Re: Parts source (catalog?)
I just now discovered that GMC Paul at gmcpauls.com sells the Precision weatherstripping at pretty reasonable prices without requiring a login to shop. Like you, I didn't see anything beyond door, vent and window seals.

Re: Parts source (catalog?)
Get an LMC catalog. They are very helpful to see exploded views of everything. It's just like an IPC (illustrated parts catalog). LMC is higher priced on some things, but some things nobody else has..
I've had good luck with Steele rubber products on my Camaro. David
