Diff ID for positrack

I have a 1982 K20 and am thinking of putting a positrack in the back. I think it is a 9.5" as I read 3/4 ton trucks have this from '79 to '87. I was just in there a few months ago to change oil and it did not look like a 10.5" Also what would my axle spline count be. Would like to order an Eaton posi W/O tearing it apart. Let me know if you know for sure/no guesses please. Thank You
