grill question
Hey guys I have a 78 and I found a nice 75-76 grill I would like to put on my 78 would I only need the hood mech. from the 75-76 for it to work properly or is there more I would need. Thanks

There is another thread on hear about the high priced grills. I think the 75-76 grill will fit your 78 but you need additional brackets

I think you are correct. For the 73-74 grille swap on my 78, it required the hood release bracket and two outer wing brackets.
But for the 75-76 grille I think it is a direct swap, unless you have the upgraded model with the interior hood release.

Right about the inside hood release type. The '75-'76 grille won't clear the hood latch setup.

Are you looking for the hood release with the offset lever? I might have one of those.
