Wheel backspacing.

Ok I'm about to make a 4K non refundable purchase and I'm scared lol. A little about my situation. The back is pretty standard. I'm running a 12 bolt and a 20x10.5 wheel. Front is what scares me. I'm running a 20x8.5 in the front. It's flipped in the back and I'm running djm 3 inch drop spindles in the front. What scares me is in the reviews on my spindles I read where one guy said they pushed his wheels out an inch and a half and now he had to do some major mods to his a arms. I would like to avoid doing this myself. Please help me lol. Also I want as little gap between my wheel/tire and the inside of the fender thank you in advance.

4k non-refundable purchase?

If you're running DJM spindles, how far did they push your wheels out from where they were? Spindles don't add as much track width as that "one guy" says. It's typical that from a drum brake to disc app they will add more width vs disc to disc (approx. 1/2").

What is it you need help deciding?

Are you swapping to the DJM spindles or are they already installed?

I'm swapping. I haven't done it yet. I plan on converting the front of the blazer when I get home on the 28th. Should have it done by that weekend

So what backspacing are you getting? I wouldn't say worse case you could get new spindles.

Also, what wheels are on it now? If it's a custom built wheel which it sounds like I wouldn't wait until after you're done with suspension and measure again. Another week isn't going to change much. Although I understand behind inpatient. I'm that way a lot when it comes to my truck.
