SLICK '72 GMC Sierra 4 Sale!!!
For Sale: 1972 GMC Sierra
Specs: 350, 4 bolt main engine w/270 valves; 1/2 ton; LWB; posi- track; cold factory a/c; heater works great to; disc breaks; 3 speed auto. trans.; pwr steering; 4 barrel carb.; 41,000 orig miles history: 1st owner was 90 year old woman who stored in garage entire life of truck, 2nd owner is me who bought truck with 33,000 orig miles on it, truck is entirely orig. right down to the gauges and dials, the dash, rubber trim around windows, seat and upholestry, headliner, carpet, I even have the orig wheels and hubcaps. Interior in perfect condition, orig paint which isn't in show cond. but is very exceptional, never smoked in, always garaged except last 12 mo. (no rust whatsoever), all #'s match, at 34,000 miles I put in new (4-core radiator, a/c hoses, heating coil, shocks, rebuilt orig carb., all gaskets and seals replaced throughout entire engine, hard valve seats installed, new timing belt, front wheel berrings greased, of course all new hoses and belts, brake fluid reservoir cover, lifters, plug wires and much more little things) I hav reciepts for all, and I did the work myself so I know it was done right (was not an overhaul, engine just needed resealed) recently I had the enter driveline inspected and all new bearings put in throughout it. truck currently has 60 series cooper cobra tires on 8" wide black rally whls. compression test results were 1-145 2-145 3-150 4-140 5-150 6-145 7-145 8-150 as you can tell the truck is in excellent condition, I love it but I simply have no use for it, I am asking $15,000 but am open to offers, it's a true collector's dream, please email me if you are interested, want pics, or know someone that would be interested email: jessebarg@hotmail.com Last edited by jessebarg; 10-25-2003 at 03:12 PM. |

Welcome to the board from W. Tennessee, sounds like a heck of a good truck. Do you have detailed pics, I'm sure some of the hard core restoration enthusiasts would be interested in seeing this truck. Please show inside and outside, thanks, Don.

pic 7 (grill pic was to large and I have no way software to size down with so if you want that one I would have to email it to you, grill is in perfect condition) also as you can see I have installed a cd player under dash, no additional holes were needed to install other than what was already there, the plywood infront of seat extends accross the entire cab directly infront of and under the seat, contains 2 6x9 pioneer speakers, orig radio still in place, no additional holes were drilled to mount speaker board to seat bracket either

Good thing you replaced the timing belt. Those little buggers are a pain when they slip! Always a smart alec in the bunch. No really, nice ride.
