Steering gear box years
Put a 85' suburban front clip on my 64' and need the steering gear box . I'm going to go to junkyard what year truck/burbs have the same gearbox.

The 73-87 steering boxes will work, but there are 2 types of hoses. The 70's have the compression and the 80's have the O ring. They do sell adapters. What power steering pump are you using?

Don't have a powering steering pump yet. Basically getting this so I can set my steering linkage up and remount the idler arm
