I am "hobby's" daughter...attempting to downsize scanned photograph. Please help!
We'd like some direction please so that he can post these photographs at a viewable size. Thanks!

With picture showing, go to the top, click on "FILE", Then "SAVE AS" and select "BITMAP". Open the bitmap, go to the top and click on "IMAGE", select STRETCH/SKEW and enter 50 in both blocks. This will reduce the picture to 50%. Use a smaller number for a smaller picture. If you want to post it, you must save as a "JPEG" after you shrink it.
