Embarrassing - what is this part???

This was laying on the table, so we sprayed it when we painted the truck, but I have no idea what it is or where it goes. Maybe it doesn't belong. This is the truck... 1956 Chevy 3600

The two small hole look like they would mount a horn for the older long type horn but not sure what it would mount to

Horn bracket for 55-56 Chevy Pickup . Mounts to top of radiator suport and two other holes are for the original horn . Usually black . Find a pic of a stock engine compartment with horn shown and you should see where it went. If you had dual horns there would be another for the right hand side. Thanks

Mounts to the core support holding the horn(s) below top of the support.
