1971 Blazer speakers
What would have been the factory setup for a blazer equipped with speakers. As far as I can tell my blazer was never equipped with a radio or speakers.

Re: 1971 Blazer speakers
If your blazer had a single wall top there should be vent holes for the speaker on the metal portion of the dash below the windshield just like a pickup. As it is a 71 MY k5 it should have been outfitted originally with a double wall top and as such would have a speaker screwed into place (and dangling just below) the AC/heater controls without the aforementioned vent holes.

Re: 1971 Blazer speakers
Wow I really thought there would have been more to the speaker system then just 1 speaker.
